E-Complaints

In an effort to better service the investing public, the Commission has established the E-Complaints section of its online directory. It allows registrants, industry participants, as well as the general public to submit complaints, via the internet. The Commission complaint form collects the information we need from you to determine what action we may be able to take. All information you provide will be treated as confidential.
